Original files and layers will not be provided unless I receive specific requests (layered charm, rigging, etc.)

After sketch confirmation, only mistake fixes or minor changes can be requested (incorrect eye colour, eyebrow change, extra sparkles, etc.). Large edits may incur a fee depending on workload

No refunds within the given working timeframe - please make sure you would like a commission from me before sending a request

Full refunds will be issued upon request if I fail to complete your request after the given deadline

If commissioning on VGen: Please do not file for an off-site chargeback on your end! Doing so will make me unable to cancel your commission on-site

My base prices are intended for personal use only. If you would like commercial rights to the commissioned artwork, a 200% extra fee will be incurred (e.g. $10+200%=$30)

Examples of personal use: icons, device wallpapers, making physical items for self-use, making free physical items for friends etc.

Examples of commercial use: creating merchandise for sale, distributing to Patreon supporters, using as monetised streaming assets, using as promotional assets etc.

Please credit my work to eystaro if applicable

I own full rights to my artwork, meaning I may showcase the watermarked commission on my social media or portfolio. I will not use them personally (icons, headers etc.)

If you would like your work to be hidden, please check the NDA option - I will retain rights to the artwork, but I will never show or speak about the commission to other parties

Do not edit my art, claim my art as your own, or use it for NFTs or AI - doing so will result in a blacklist

I will only use VGen or Discord (@magomagomag) to discuss your commission with you. I will not ask for payment anywhere else or with other accounts. Please be careful as I am not responsible if you are scammed by someone impersonating me

I am fluent in English and Chinese (trad/simplified), and can understand Japanese. Please feel free to send your request in these languages!
